Instructions to prepare the presentations:

The time for every presentation is limited to 15 minutes (questions included). There will be no poster sessions and due to this we have to limit every oral presentation to these 15 minutes. We recommend reserving 3 minutes for questions at the end of each presentation. There will be a projector and a laptop available for the presentations.

Although the official languages of the workshop will be Spanish and English we encourage participants to prepare the presentations in English (out of consideration for those non-Spanish attendants), at least the slides should be written in English.
